I like how they also protect from cold, wet, scorching hot, and dirt-covered carts also. Does that have a seat belt, though? You've got to have a seat belt. Do you know how many children are injured every year from falling out of shopping carts? She used to sell them on ebay, but her rheumotoid arthritis keeps her from it. Now she just makes them for people who contact her directly.
